He exceeded his responsibilities by adding a heat pump to my home purchase. Without prior acquaintance, he took the initiative to visit the property and assess the job requirements. On the same day, he contacted me to confirm that he could complete the task within a few hours, providing a reasonable price. I was delighted not only by the affordability but also by his ability to schedule the work for the following week. After searching for a month for someone to undertake this project, I encountered numerous companies unwilling to travel to my area. However, Matt not only accepted the job but also executed it with remarkable skill and efficiency, all while keeping costs manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to anyone seeking honesty, quality workmanship, and a customer-first approach. Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding support "Lisa Russ"Posted on Brianne Hess2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt and his team are amazing! Scheduling was very simple and the person organizing dispatch was courteous. The technician was professional in appearance and behavior. Initially we had scheduled for an annual maintenance which was quoted at $199 but as it turned out we were having problems with our evaporator coil freezing so that was reduced to a diagnostic service call for only $80; that was my mistake for scheduling it as an annual checkup as opposed to a service call so I don't know that the tech was prepared to do cleaning and/or repairs. He did inspect the equipment however, after finding our return vents suboptimal are evaporator coil clogged and potentially a bad capacitor and dirty fan blades and our outdoor condenser was reportedly " very loud but in operable condition with no leaks in the system" he was adamant that we either spend several thousand dollars having them clean the air handler and replacing some maintenance Parts such as the capacitor, cleaning the fan, and replacing the evaporator coil which involves evacuating the coolant, cutting out the evaporator coil from the copper lines and resetting a new evaporator coil in its place. Alternatively we were offered the option to replace the outdoor condenser and the indoor Handler with some modifications being made to the ductwork to improve return air for approximately $9,000. I disassembled the air handler and cleaned the fan and had a technician from another local company come out and look at the system. they disassembled and cleaned the evaporator coil without having to cut the lines and then rechecked the pressures at the condenser and found the improvements in aiflow had raised pressures at the condenser and solved our freezing problem, he also took the time to evaluate our duct work and while not optimal for an older house the system setup is quite common and should be more than sufficient for the requirements of the air handler furthermore they offered to help us find appropriate filters for the returns to prevent the evaporator coil from getting clogged in the future and advised on appropriate filters to use at the air handler. they evaluated the condenser and found that it was no louder than normal and in good working order. How *long* it stays working... we'll see EDIT: after having a discussion with the owner Matt, I understand his point of view about wanting to remove the coil to clean it to prevent potential liability for damage to the lines that looked likely to occur. The options that he gave us a replacing components versus replacing the entire system were reasonable and allowed us to pick from within our interests and budget. It was not high pressure sales pitch or anything like that. but as always folks, if money is tight a second opinion on such a big project never hurts.Posted on Kristopher Herring2025-09-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our team follows a structured approach to rooftop unit replacement that minimizes disruption to your operations. We begin with a thorough assessment of your existing RTU, checking the structural integrity of the curb and duct connections to determine whether they can be reused with the new unit. This step helps us provide accurate pricing and avoid surprises during installation.
Once we confirm the replacement scope, we handle equipment ordering, scheduling, and permits as needed for commercial properties across LaFollette, Caryville, and Campbell County TN. Our technicians remove the old RTU, prepare the mounting curb, and install the new unit with proper sealing and connection to existing ductwork and electrical systems. We charge and test the new system, verify airflow across all zones, and walk you through the new equipment controls and maintenance schedule.
For properties with multiple rooftop units, we often recommend scheduling replacements in a planned sequence rather than reacting to individual unit failures. Pairing RTU replacement with commercial HVAC maintenance extends the life of your new equipment and catches emerging issues before they escalate.
We diagnose and fix cooling issues quickly, so you stay comfortable without long wait times.
Every system we install or service is chosen to fit your home’s size and cooling needs.
We’re proud to serve LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN with dependable service and long-term customer relationships.
Commercial properties in Campbell County face unique challenges when it comes to rooftop equipment. The region’s temperature swings — from humid summers to cold winters — place heavy demands on RTUs, and units in Caryville and the surrounding areas often work harder during both heating and cooling seasons. This dual demand accelerates wear on compressors, fans, and heat exchangers, making replacement a more frequent consideration than in milder climates.
Rooftop units in LaFollette and the broader Campbell County area also contend with storm exposure, high winds, and occasional hail that can damage condenser coils and cabinet housing. When evaluating whether replacement makes sense, we factor in local climate patterns and how aggressively the previous unit was pushed to maintain comfort in your building.
Our technicians understand the building codes and inspection requirements for commercial properties across the region. We ensure all replacements meet current efficiency standards, which is especially important for buildings seeking to reduce operating costs. For properties considering a phased upgrade approach, we often suggest starting with rooftop unit installation for the highest priority zones and planning future replacements as part of a long-term capital strategy.

A properly sized unit cools every room evenly, avoiding hot spots and cold drafts throughout your home.
When your AC matches your home’s square footage and insulation, it doesn’t need to overwork, helping you save on energy costs.
Oversized systems cycle on and off too often, while undersized ones run constantly. Both lead to faster wear and tear.
Correctly sized units remove humidity effectively, keeping your indoor air more comfortable during LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN’s humid summers.
Proper sizing means less strain on the compressor and other key components, minimizing breakdowns and repair costs.
