He exceeded his responsibilities by adding a heat pump to my home purchase. Without prior acquaintance, he took the initiative to visit the property and assess the job requirements. On the same day, he contacted me to confirm that he could complete the task within a few hours, providing a reasonable price. I was delighted not only by the affordability but also by his ability to schedule the work for the following week. After searching for a month for someone to undertake this project, I encountered numerous companies unwilling to travel to my area. However, Matt not only accepted the job but also executed it with remarkable skill and efficiency, all while keeping costs manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to anyone seeking honesty, quality workmanship, and a customer-first approach. Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding support "Lisa Russ"Posted on Brianne Hess2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt and his team are amazing! Scheduling was very simple and the person organizing dispatch was courteous. The technician was professional in appearance and behavior. Initially we had scheduled for an annual maintenance which was quoted at $199 but as it turned out we were having problems with our evaporator coil freezing so that was reduced to a diagnostic service call for only $80; that was my mistake for scheduling it as an annual checkup as opposed to a service call so I don't know that the tech was prepared to do cleaning and/or repairs. He did inspect the equipment however, after finding our return vents suboptimal are evaporator coil clogged and potentially a bad capacitor and dirty fan blades and our outdoor condenser was reportedly " very loud but in operable condition with no leaks in the system" he was adamant that we either spend several thousand dollars having them clean the air handler and replacing some maintenance Parts such as the capacitor, cleaning the fan, and replacing the evaporator coil which involves evacuating the coolant, cutting out the evaporator coil from the copper lines and resetting a new evaporator coil in its place. Alternatively we were offered the option to replace the outdoor condenser and the indoor Handler with some modifications being made to the ductwork to improve return air for approximately $9,000. I disassembled the air handler and cleaned the fan and had a technician from another local company come out and look at the system. they disassembled and cleaned the evaporator coil without having to cut the lines and then rechecked the pressures at the condenser and found the improvements in aiflow had raised pressures at the condenser and solved our freezing problem, he also took the time to evaluate our duct work and while not optimal for an older house the system setup is quite common and should be more than sufficient for the requirements of the air handler furthermore they offered to help us find appropriate filters for the returns to prevent the evaporator coil from getting clogged in the future and advised on appropriate filters to use at the air handler. they evaluated the condenser and found that it was no louder than normal and in good working order. How *long* it stays working... we'll see EDIT: after having a discussion with the owner Matt, I understand his point of view about wanting to remove the coil to clean it to prevent potential liability for damage to the lines that looked likely to occur. The options that he gave us a replacing components versus replacing the entire system were reasonable and allowed us to pick from within our interests and budget. It was not high pressure sales pitch or anything like that. but as always folks, if money is tight a second opinion on such a big project never hurts.Posted on Kristopher Herring2025-09-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our technicians start by checking the accessible parts of your duct system, including supply and return vents, filter locations, and connection points. We look for signs of debris buildup, mold growth, disconnected sections, and damage that could affect performance. Our team uses visual inspection combined with hands-on assessment to evaluate the overall condition of your ductwork.
After the inspection, we explain what we found in plain language. If cleaning is recommended, we walk you through your options. Air duct cleaning removes the accumulated dust and debris that builds up over time, while air duct sanitizing treats mold and bacterial concerns that some homeowners face, especially in older Campbell County properties. We also check your air vent cleaning situation as part of the overall system evaluation, since vents and ductwork work together as one system.
We diagnose and fix cooling issues quickly, so you stay comfortable without long wait times.
Every system we install or service is chosen to fit your home’s size and cooling needs.
We’re proud to serve LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN with dependable service and long-term customer relationships.
Campbell County homes range from older structures built decades ago to newer construction. Many homes in the area have duct systems hidden in crawlspaces, basements, or behind walls, making professional inspection the only way to truly know what is happening inside. Seasonal temperature swings in the region put stress on HVAC systems, and ductwork that has shifted or developed leaks over time may be costing you money every month.
Humidity levels in the area can contribute to moisture problems inside ductwork, particularly in homes with basements or crawlspaces. When warm air meets cool duct surfaces, condensation can form, creating conditions where mold and mildew develop. Our technicians understand the specific challenges that Campbell County homeowners face and tailor their inspection approach to address local conditions.
Comprehensive air duct cleaning addresses the complete ventilation system in your Campbell County home, tackling both heating and cooling distribution networks. Tennessee’s diverse seasonal conditions create unique challenges for ductwork, from winter moisture buildup to summer pollen infiltration that affects air quality year-round. Our thorough cleaning process removes years of accumulated contaminants from every component of your duct system.

Specialized air vent cleaning focuses on the visible endpoints of your HVAC system where dust, pet hair, and debris accumulate most visibly in Campbell County homes. These critical components serve as the final filter between your ductwork and living spaces, making their cleanliness essential for optimal air quality. Our service addresses both supply and return vents, including the often-overlooked grilles and registers that can harbor significant contamination.

Campbell County’s varied terrain often requires creative ductwork routing through crawl spaces, basements, and attic areas where access challenges make professional cleaning essential. Our service targets these hard-to-reach areas that homeowner maintenance cannot address effectively.
Tennessee’s seasonal temperature swings cause ductwork expansion and contraction that can loosen connections and create gaps where contaminants enter the system. Our cleaning process includes inspection and minor sealing of accessible joints while removing debris that accumulates at connection points. This attention to ductwork integrity is particularly important in older homes throughout the LaFollette and LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN areas where original installations may show signs of settling or wear.

Professional ductwork cleaning also complements commercial ductwork installation standards, bringing residential systems up to higher cleanliness and efficiency benchmarks that reduce long-term operating costs.
Specialized furnace duct cleaning targets the heating-specific components of your HVAC system, addressing unique challenges created by Tennessee’s heating season demands. Unlike cooling ducts, furnace distribution systems must handle higher temperatures and drier air conditions that can bake contaminants onto duct surfaces. Our service uses specialized techniques designed for the heating side of your system, ensuring optimal performance during Campbell County’s variable winter conditions.
Mountain communities around LaFollette and Caryville often experience more severe heating demands due to elevation and exposure, making furnace duct efficiency crucial for comfort and energy costs. Our cleaning process focuses on supply ducts that carry heated air, removing accumulated dust and debris that can reduce heat transfer efficiency. We also address return air pathways that bring cool air back to your furnace for reheating, ensuring balanced system operation.
Clean furnace ducts reduce strain on heating equipment and improve heat distribution throughout your home, supporting the longevity of recent gas furnace installation investments. This service complements furnace blower motor repair by eliminating restrictions that cause motors to work harder than necessary. When combined with HVAC inspection services, furnace duct cleaning helps identify potential issues before they impact heating performance during East Tennessee’s unpredictable winter weather patterns.
