Our commercial repair process starts with thorough diagnostics. Your technician checks electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow measurements, and mechanical wear to pinpoint the exact cause. We explain what we find in plain language — no jargon, no guesswork.
Once we identify the problem, we provide a detailed estimate before starting any work. Most commercial HVAC repairs complete the same day, getting your system back online fast. For complex failures affecting large commercial properties, we coordinate with your building management to minimize disruption.
Regular commercial HVAC maintenance catches many problems early, but breakdowns still happen. Our service agreements include priority scheduling and reduced rates on parts and labor. If your building runs cooling or refrigeration equipment, we also handle commercial refrigeration service as part of our full mechanical capabilities.
Posted on Lisa Russ2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Matt for his exceptional service. He exceeded his responsibilities by adding a heat pump to my home purchase. Without prior acquaintance, he took the initiative to visit the property and assess the job requirements. On the same day, he contacted me to confirm that he could complete the task within a few hours, providing a reasonable price. I was delighted not only by the affordability but also by his ability to schedule the work for the following week. After searching for a month for someone to undertake this project, I encountered numerous companies unwilling to travel to my area. However, Matt not only accepted the job but also executed it with remarkable skill and efficiency, all while keeping costs manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to anyone seeking honesty, quality workmanship, and a customer-first approach. Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding support "Lisa Russ"Posted on Brianne Hess2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt and his team are amazing! Scheduling was very simple and the person organizing dispatch was courteous. The technician was professional in appearance and behavior. Initially we had scheduled for an annual maintenance which was quoted at $199 but as it turned out we were having problems with our evaporator coil freezing so that was reduced to a diagnostic service call for only $80; that was my mistake for scheduling it as an annual checkup as opposed to a service call so I don't know that the tech was prepared to do cleaning and/or repairs. He did inspect the equipment however, after finding our return vents suboptimal are evaporator coil clogged and potentially a bad capacitor and dirty fan blades and our outdoor condenser was reportedly " very loud but in operable condition with no leaks in the system" he was adamant that we either spend several thousand dollars having them clean the air handler and replacing some maintenance Parts such as the capacitor, cleaning the fan, and replacing the evaporator coil which involves evacuating the coolant, cutting out the evaporator coil from the copper lines and resetting a new evaporator coil in its place. Alternatively we were offered the option to replace the outdoor condenser and the indoor Handler with some modifications being made to the ductwork to improve return air for approximately $9,000. I disassembled the air handler and cleaned the fan and had a technician from another local company come out and look at the system. they disassembled and cleaned the evaporator coil without having to cut the lines and then rechecked the pressures at the condenser and found the improvements in aiflow had raised pressures at the condenser and solved our freezing problem, he also took the time to evaluate our duct work and while not optimal for an older house the system setup is quite common and should be more than sufficient for the requirements of the air handler furthermore they offered to help us find appropriate filters for the returns to prevent the evaporator coil from getting clogged in the future and advised on appropriate filters to use at the air handler. they evaluated the condenser and found that it was no louder than normal and in good working order. How *long* it stays working... we'll see EDIT: after having a discussion with the owner Matt, I understand his point of view about wanting to remove the coil to clean it to prevent potential liability for damage to the lines that looked likely to occur. The options that he gave us a replacing components versus replacing the entire system were reasonable and allowed us to pick from within our interests and budget. It was not high pressure sales pitch or anything like that. but as always folks, if money is tight a second opinion on such a big project never hurts.Posted on Kristopher Herring2025-09-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Commercial HVAC repair pricing varies based on system type, age, and the specific failure. Larger rooftop units and commercial-grade equipment cost more to repair than residential systems due to complexity and part pricing. Labor rates for commercial work reflect the specialized knowledge required for large-scale systems.
Key cost factors include the type of equipment — package units versus split systems, age, and manufacturer. Electrical repairs typically run $200–$600 depending on complexity. Compressor failures on commercial equipment often range $1,500–$4,000 or higher for large tonnage units. Blower motor and fan failures in commercial air handlers commonly fall between $400–$1,200.
Refrigerant leaks require leak detection and recharge work. For older R-22 systems common in older Campbell County commercial buildings, costs climb higher due to limited refrigerant availability. Our team always assesses whether repair makes financial sense or if commercial HVAC installation makes better long-term sense for aging equipment.
We diagnose and fix cooling issues quickly, so you stay comfortable without long wait times.
Every system we install or service is chosen to fit your home’s size and cooling needs.
We’re proud to serve LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN with dependable service and long-term customer relationships.
How do I know if I should repair or replace my commercial HVAC system?
If your equipment is under 10 years old and the repair cost stays below 30% of replacement cost, repair usually makes sense. For systems over 15 years with repeated failures, replacement often costs less over time. We provide a cost analysis comparing repair versus replacement so you can make an informed decision.
How long does commercial HVAC repair take?
Most commercial HVAC repairs complete within 4–8 hours. Complex failures involving compressor replacement or extensive electrical work may take 1–2 days. We work efficiently to minimize business disruption while ensuring lasting repairs.
What causes commercial HVAC systems to fail?
Common causes include lack of regular maintenance, dirty filters restricting airflow, electrical component failures, refrigerant leaks, and worn mechanical parts. Commercial systems that run year-round experience more wear than residential units, making preventive maintenance critical.
Can I operate my business during HVAC repairs?
Depending on the repair location and system configuration, you may be able to continue operations. We coordinate timing around your business hours and can often isolate affected zones while making repairs. Emergency repairs may require partial building shutdown depending on the severity.
