Our installation process starts with evaluating your home’s heating requirements and existing ductwork. We measure square footage, check insulation levels, and assess your current distribution system to recommend the right-size furnace for your space.
The actual installation involves removing your old unit safely, updating gas lines and connections as needed, and fitting the new furnace to your existing ductwork. We check airflow, calibrate the thermostat, and run thorough safety checks before leaving your home.
For homeowners considering alternatives, an heat pump installation provides another efficient option, particularly in newer homes with good insulation. If you need to replace your entire heating system, our heating system replacement services cover all fuel types and configurations.
Posted on Lisa Russ2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Matt for his exceptional service. He exceeded his responsibilities by adding a heat pump to my home purchase. Without prior acquaintance, he took the initiative to visit the property and assess the job requirements. On the same day, he contacted me to confirm that he could complete the task within a few hours, providing a reasonable price. I was delighted not only by the affordability but also by his ability to schedule the work for the following week. After searching for a month for someone to undertake this project, I encountered numerous companies unwilling to travel to my area. However, Matt not only accepted the job but also executed it with remarkable skill and efficiency, all while keeping costs manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to anyone seeking honesty, quality workmanship, and a customer-first approach. Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding support "Lisa Russ"Posted on Brianne Hess2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt and his team are amazing! Scheduling was very simple and the person organizing dispatch was courteous. The technician was professional in appearance and behavior. Initially we had scheduled for an annual maintenance which was quoted at $199 but as it turned out we were having problems with our evaporator coil freezing so that was reduced to a diagnostic service call for only $80; that was my mistake for scheduling it as an annual checkup as opposed to a service call so I don't know that the tech was prepared to do cleaning and/or repairs. He did inspect the equipment however, after finding our return vents suboptimal are evaporator coil clogged and potentially a bad capacitor and dirty fan blades and our outdoor condenser was reportedly " very loud but in operable condition with no leaks in the system" he was adamant that we either spend several thousand dollars having them clean the air handler and replacing some maintenance Parts such as the capacitor, cleaning the fan, and replacing the evaporator coil which involves evacuating the coolant, cutting out the evaporator coil from the copper lines and resetting a new evaporator coil in its place. Alternatively we were offered the option to replace the outdoor condenser and the indoor Handler with some modifications being made to the ductwork to improve return air for approximately $9,000. I disassembled the air handler and cleaned the fan and had a technician from another local company come out and look at the system. they disassembled and cleaned the evaporator coil without having to cut the lines and then rechecked the pressures at the condenser and found the improvements in aiflow had raised pressures at the condenser and solved our freezing problem, he also took the time to evaluate our duct work and while not optimal for an older house the system setup is quite common and should be more than sufficient for the requirements of the air handler furthermore they offered to help us find appropriate filters for the returns to prevent the evaporator coil from getting clogged in the future and advised on appropriate filters to use at the air handler. they evaluated the condenser and found that it was no louder than normal and in good working order. How *long* it stays working... we'll see EDIT: after having a discussion with the owner Matt, I understand his point of view about wanting to remove the coil to clean it to prevent potential liability for damage to the lines that looked likely to occur. The options that he gave us a replacing components versus replacing the entire system were reasonable and allowed us to pick from within our interests and budget. It was not high pressure sales pitch or anything like that. but as always folks, if money is tight a second opinion on such a big project never hurts.Posted on Kristopher Herring2025-09-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gas furnace installation costs in LaFollette, LaFollette, LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN, Caryville, and Campbell County TN, Caryville, and Campbell County TN vary based on several factors that affect your total investment.
The furnace efficiency rating plays a major role in pricing. Standard efficiency units (80-89% AFUE) cost less upfront, while high-efficiency furnaces (90%+ AFUE) have higher purchase prices but lower operating costs over time. Many Campbell County homeowners find that the energy savings justify the higher initial investment, especially with our high efficiency furnace installation options.
Installation complexity matters too. Homes requiring gas line extensions, new venting, or ductwork modifications take more labor and materials. The size of the unit also affects price, with larger furnaces costing more than smaller models designed for compact spaces.
We provide detailed quotes that break down equipment costs, labor, and any necessary upgrades so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.
We diagnose and fix cooling issues quickly, so you stay comfortable without long wait times.
Every system we install or service is chosen to fit your home’s size and cooling needs.
We’re proud to serve LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN with dependable service and long-term customer relationships.
How long does gas furnace installation take?
Most installations complete in a single day. Straightforward replacements where the new unit fits the existing setup typically take 4-8 hours. Projects requiring ductwork modifications or gas line updates may take longer.
What size gas furnace do I need for my home?
The right size depends on your home’s square footage, ceiling height, insulation, and layout. Undersized units struggle to heat your home efficiently, while oversized units cycle on and off too frequently, wasting energy and wearing out faster. Our technicians perform heat load calculations to determine the correct furnace size for your specific space.
Should I choose a single-stage or two-stage gas furnace?
Two-stage furnaces offer more consistent temperatures and better efficiency because they run at a lower capacity most of the time, only ramping up to full heat on the coldest days. Single-stage furnaces are less expensive but always run at full capacity. For Campbell County winters, two-stage models often provide better comfort and efficiency.
What maintenance does a new gas furnace need?
Annual maintenance keeps your furnace running efficiently and helps catch small problems before they become big repairs. Change filters every 1-3 months during heating season, schedule professional inspection and cleaning each fall, and keep the area around your furnace clear of clutter.
