Our process starts with a detailed load calculation and site assessment. We evaluate your building’s size, layout, insulation, occupancy patterns, and ventilation needs to determine the right system capacity and configuration.
For new construction, we coordinate building mechanical systems with architects and general contractors during the design phase. This ensures ductwork, piping, equipment placement, and controls are all integrated properly from day one. We handle commercial HVAC installation alongside mechanical infrastructure like exhaust systems, make-up air units, and zone controls.
For existing buildings, we perform a thorough inspection of current equipment, ductwork, and controls. We then present options for upgrades, replacements, or complete redesigns based on your budget and performance goals. If your systems need commercial HVAC maintenance to stay running during a transition period, we include that in the plan.

He exceeded his responsibilities by adding a heat pump to my home purchase. Without prior acquaintance, he took the initiative to visit the property and assess the job requirements. On the same day, he contacted me to confirm that he could complete the task within a few hours, providing a reasonable price. I was delighted not only by the affordability but also by his ability to schedule the work for the following week. After searching for a month for someone to undertake this project, I encountered numerous companies unwilling to travel to my area. However, Matt not only accepted the job but also executed it with remarkable skill and efficiency, all while keeping costs manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to anyone seeking honesty, quality workmanship, and a customer-first approach. Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding support "Lisa Russ"Posted on Brianne Hess2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt and his team are amazing! Scheduling was very simple and the person organizing dispatch was courteous. The technician was professional in appearance and behavior. Initially we had scheduled for an annual maintenance which was quoted at $199 but as it turned out we were having problems with our evaporator coil freezing so that was reduced to a diagnostic service call for only $80; that was my mistake for scheduling it as an annual checkup as opposed to a service call so I don't know that the tech was prepared to do cleaning and/or repairs. He did inspect the equipment however, after finding our return vents suboptimal are evaporator coil clogged and potentially a bad capacitor and dirty fan blades and our outdoor condenser was reportedly " very loud but in operable condition with no leaks in the system" he was adamant that we either spend several thousand dollars having them clean the air handler and replacing some maintenance Parts such as the capacitor, cleaning the fan, and replacing the evaporator coil which involves evacuating the coolant, cutting out the evaporator coil from the copper lines and resetting a new evaporator coil in its place. Alternatively we were offered the option to replace the outdoor condenser and the indoor Handler with some modifications being made to the ductwork to improve return air for approximately $9,000. I disassembled the air handler and cleaned the fan and had a technician from another local company come out and look at the system. they disassembled and cleaned the evaporator coil without having to cut the lines and then rechecked the pressures at the condenser and found the improvements in aiflow had raised pressures at the condenser and solved our freezing problem, he also took the time to evaluate our duct work and while not optimal for an older house the system setup is quite common and should be more than sufficient for the requirements of the air handler furthermore they offered to help us find appropriate filters for the returns to prevent the evaporator coil from getting clogged in the future and advised on appropriate filters to use at the air handler. they evaluated the condenser and found that it was no louder than normal and in good working order. How *long* it stays working... we'll see EDIT: after having a discussion with the owner Matt, I understand his point of view about wanting to remove the coil to clean it to prevent potential liability for damage to the lines that looked likely to occur. The options that he gave us a replacing components versus replacing the entire system were reasonable and allowed us to pick from within our interests and budget. It was not high pressure sales pitch or anything like that. but as always folks, if money is tight a second opinion on such a big project never hurts.Posted on Kristopher Herring2025-09-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Building mechanical systems costs in LaFollette, LaFollette, LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN, Caryville, and Campbell County TN, Caryville, and Campbell County TN depend on several factors. New construction projects typically range from $8 to $20+ per square foot for complete mechanical system installation, depending on building type and complexity. A small office building might fall on the lower end, while a restaurant with specialized exhaust and refrigeration needs would cost more.
The biggest cost drivers include system type (basic packaged units vs. custom VAV systems), equipment quality and efficiency ratings, ductwork and piping complexity, controls and automation level, and whether the project is new construction or a retrofit. Older buildings that require removing outdated equipment add labor costs to the project.
When comparing options, many property owners find that investing in a modern commercial HVAC installation pays back through lower utility bills within 5-10 years. Older systems with commercial HVAC repair costs stacking up each year often make replacement the smarter long-term choice.
We diagnose and fix cooling issues quickly, so you stay comfortable without long wait times.
Every system we install or service is chosen to fit your home’s size and cooling needs.
We’re proud to serve LaFollette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Campbell County TN with dependable service and long-term customer relationships.
What is included in a building mechanical system?
Building mechanical systems typically include heating equipment (furnaces, boilers, heat pumps), cooling equipment (air conditioners, chillers), ventilation and air distribution (ductwork, dampers, diffusers), exhaust systems, controls and automation, and sometimes plumbing and fire suppression components. The exact scope depends on your building’s purpose and requirements.
How long does it take to install building mechanical systems in a new commercial building?
Timeline varies by project size. A small retail space might take 2-4 weeks for mechanical installation. Larger commercial buildings or office complexes typically require 2-6 months from design through installation and commissioning. We provide detailed schedules during the planning phase so you can plan construction timelines accordingly.
Should I replace my aging mechanical systems or keep repairing them?
Generally, if equipment is over 15-20 years old, requires frequent repairs, or costs more than 50% of replacement value in a single year, replacement makes more sense. We provide honest assessments of your current systems and show you the long-term cost comparison so you can make an informed decision for your property.
Can you maintain existing mechanical systems you did not install?
Yes. We provide commercial HVAC maintenance contracts for existing buildings regardless of who originally installed the systems. Regular maintenance extends equipment life, prevents costly breakdowns, and keeps your systems running efficiently.
Do you handle permits and inspections for mechanical system installations?
Yes. We manage the permit process and coordinate required inspections throughout the project. This includes working with local Campbell County building authorities to ensure all work meets applicable codes and regulations.
